Qualification Summary
Must have one years’ experience that demonstrates knowledge of the principles, concepts, and methods of youth sports and fitness program operations which included a variety of individual and team sports. Must have experience recruiting and training coaches for various sports, or experience coaching youth sports. Must have experience with automated data processing procedures and administrative correspondence. Must have experience providing customer service to a diverse customer base. Must be able to work independently with little to no direct supervision. Must possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry up to 45lbs independently (objects over 45lbs with assistance), walk, bend, stoop, and stand on a routine basis. Must obtain/maintain certification in CPR/First Aid. Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a government license. Appointment and continued employment is subject to a favorable Tier 1 investigation with extra childcare coverage 8 (CNACI).
