This position is a Senior level DCIPS position. The NRO is only accepting applications from U.S. Citizens and current GS/GG-13, or equivalent civilian Federal Government employees for this position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Experience must be reflected in your resume. Specialized experience required for this position is: 1. Oversees Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software systems for critical infrastructure and environmental operations of large facilities. 2. Applies Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and Internet Protocol (IP) (TCP/IP) and network routing principles to facilities management.
3. Utilizes knowledge of software packages such as Wonderware, Rockwell, Intellution, GE Complicity, CI-Tech, Iconics, Siemens, and US Data for facilities management. 4. Serves as a Project Manager on oversight of critical facilities infrastructure projects within a diverse team of government, military, contracting, and operations in a collaborative environment.
5. Prepares budgets based on plans for maintenance, repair work, new construction, alteration projects, and replacement of existing equipment.
