Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-12, in the Federal Service analyzing and assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of immigration-related and/or similar program operations; and adjudicating employment based petitions; assists team and leads team by providing technical advice and assistance on work methods and assignments, identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and providing training for team members.
