Qualification Summary
To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Evidence which demonstrates you possess the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of this position must be supported by detailed descriptions of such on your resume, or any other written form you choose to describe your job-related qualifications. Example: Follows oral or written instructions and/or work orders; performing a variety of tasks involved in the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and related structures, fixtures and utility systems, including the use and apply standard building techniques, practices, and codes, read and understand blueprints, sketches and schematics, read and understand work orders, sketches and drawings in order to complete assigned work; and performing minor HVAC work and electrical repairs.
