QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.
One year of specialized experience directly related to the duties described above. Qualifying experience must have been equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for a Director FMWR. Experience must reflect multiple FMWR program work. Must possess professional experience with personnel management responsibilities such as supervising personnel to include subordinate supervisors and performance management. Must also possess demonstrated experience to ensure programs and activities are managed and operated on a sound financial basis including knowledge of multiple fund types and long range strategic planning.
