Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing and evaluating major Public Works programs and processes; 2) Isolating and defining unprecedented issues and unknown conditions in various Public Works programs; 3) Communicating orally and in writing on a professional level; 4) Conducting management studies, business case, economic analysis or cost comparisons, and process improvement analyses and reports and recommending new approaches or procedures; 5) Using database driven work management systems such as MAXIMO or ERP and financial management systems such as DWAS, FIS or similar; 6) Applying process improvement methodology, such as Lean Six Sigma training or certifications. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
