Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing planning documents, conceptual designs, specifications, and cost estimates for shore facilities projects; 2) Communicating orally and in writing to conduct meetings and conferences, discussing technical matters, and preparing technical correspondence; 3) Planning and organizing assignments and resolving problems; 4) Working with computer-aided design and drafting.
