Qualification Summary
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.To be qualified for this position at the GS-13 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized Experience includes tracking any changes in Federal or State regulations and ensuring those changes are implemented in program policies. Examples of such experience includes:- Developing policies or regulations for the HOME Investment Partnership program or the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); OR – Analyzing/interpreting statutory and regulatory requirements for affordable housing programs; OR – Participating in the development of new legislation or ordinances or the revision of existing laws and ordinances for affordable housing programs.
To be qualified for this position at the GS-12 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized Experience includes assisting in tracking any changes in Federal or State regulations and working with others to make sure those changes are implemented in program policies. Examples of such experience includes:- Assisting in developing policies or regulations for the HOME Investment Partnership program or the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); OR – Providing information and guidance to program participants; OR – Assisting in analyzing/interpreting statutory and regulatory requirements for affordable housing programs.
