Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assisting personnel on administrative support services/functions (i.e. administrative reporting requirements, records/directives management, property accountability, procurement of office supplies/equipment, budget/financial management, forms control, training, personnel management, security, travel, etc.). Experience inputting and maintaining information in a database. Experience developing charts and graphs to illustrate the progression and status of a project. Experience reviewing budgetary objectives and researching, compiling, and contributing data input to assist in preparing for an annual budget. Experience ordering office supplies and equipment. Experience coordinating travel requirements for personnel utilizing Defense Travel System (DTS) or similar system and processes travel claims.
