You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. To qualify based on experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work of a Senior Operations Officer, GG-0301-13 grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is described as experience in tracking, coordinating, providing directives, and managing information operations and administrative operational activities. This definition of specialized experience is equivalent to the work performed at the grade/level equivalent to the GG/GS-12 in the federal service.
