Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring an organization follows established policies, codes, regulations, and requirements for the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of Public Private Venture (PPV) projects; 2) Working with other professionals to solve PPV issues and challenges involving real estate, community planning, land development, architecture, facilities engineering, construction management, and housing management; 3) Interpreting and making recommendations for enforcement and amendments to portions of PPV Business Agreements; and 4) Developing and executing Quality Assurance and Performance Assessment Plans and reports.
