Qualification Summary
To meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show that you possess the Mandatory Technical Qualifications and other qualifications, if applicable. MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must submit written statements (narrative format) of accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications. You must address each technical qualification separately. You are required to respond to all of the technical qualifications. If you fail to do so, you will be rated as ineligible. Please limit your written statements to no more than two pages per technical qualification. 1. Expert experience in application of a wide-range of concepts, principles, and practices to independently review, analyze, and resolve complex and difficult policy and program issues involving the physical security of DOD installations, conventional munitions, communications sites, and other Defense readiness resources. 2. Expert knowledge of and experience resolving major conflicts in policy among the intelligence, counterintelligence and security countermeasures committees. The incumbent will be expected to evaluate national and DoD- level policies and procedures and implement an effective oversight effort to ensure field implementation of established policies and procedures. 3. Expert Knowledge of all Defense security programs including organizations, regulatory guidance, and operational procedures, DoD/U.S. Government (USG) security-related laws, executive orders, regulations, and policies, OPSEC, risk management methodology, systems security engineering, and countermeasures requirements of unique DOD programs or projects.
