Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Develop, implement, plan and administer policy and recommend alternatives for effective worldwide employment of Expeditionary Fast Transport (T-EPF) and High-Speed Transport (HST) vessels. Prepare reports, briefings, recommendations, and being able to present and defend positions to higher authority and to other staff. Develop and administer schedules, procedures and operational functions affecting the worldwide employment and operations of MSC T-EPF and HST vessels.
