GROUP B – All current Federal Employees (from any agency), all federal re-employable eligible, and/or Current Army M-Day and Air DSG within VANG. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have experience which provided the ability to analyze contracting data effectively, efficiently, and accurately and to communicate clearly and effectively; experience which provided skills in presenting formal training presentations and briefings; and skills in applying procedures and directives by reading and interpreting program material. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have a Two Three DAWIA Certification awarded and at least 12 months of specialized broadening contracting experiences and competencies that provided knowledge and skill in contracting principles and procedures, equivalent to at least the GS-11 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as: Procurement in Pre-Award and Award Contracts; Simplified Acquisition Procedures; Small Business Socio-Economic; Delivery Order/Task Order; Contract Administration; Government Purchase Card program.
