To be eligible for this position, you must have the specialized experience, education, or a combination as indicated below.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. GG-0301-13 Specialized Experience: Applicant must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Experience developing a recruitment plan for an office under stringent time constraints; Experience in data analysis and preparation of comprehensive project plans that address potential changes and offer solutions; Experience supervising staff members performing a variety of duties using standard EEO principles and practices; Experience training individuals and groups on recruiting techniques and strategies; Experience working in a team environment, giving speeches, presentations, and conduct meetings to negotiate with others in order to secure support from multiple businesses and organizations; Experience promoting recruitment products or services to multiple stakeholders. Education: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
