In addition to the basic education requirement, applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.Specialized experience is defined as:1. Designing, developing and delivering assessments used to measure specific criterion, and to conduct analyses and studies, to address major human capital programs and processes; AND2. Applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to drive innovative organization strategies using cutting-edge approaches and techniques.Your resume must fully support how you meet the specialized experience in order to be found qualified for this position.
