Qualification Summary
Specialized Experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position as described below. For GS-06 Positions: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-5, in the Federal Service.
For GS-07 Positions: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-6, in the Federal Service.
GS-6: Examples of specialized experience include: Performing research and providing feedback.
Maintaining and tracking an office budget.
Using procurement processes and procedures
Utilizing Microsoft Office suite products, such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Receiving and responding tovisitors and phone calls, or forwarding them to the appropriate recipient.
Processing travel documents using an on-line travel management systems. GS-7: Examples of specialized experience include: Responding to requests for information, such as Freedom of Information Act requests or other requests specific to the applicant’s workplace.
Performing research and providing feedback.
Maintaining and tracking an office budget.
Using procurement processes and procedures.
Utilizing Microsoft Office suite products, such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Receiving and responding to visitors and phone calls, or forwarding them to the appropriate recipient.
Processing travel documents using an on-line travel management system.
Providing vehicle fleet and/or facilities management services.
