Specialized Experience: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled such as: utilizing command-wide labor relations policies/programs to advise /execute labor relations functions; providing solutions to complex/unique problems to a variety of labor and employee relations issues; ensuring compliance with policies/guidance (i.e. regulatory, statutory, and negotiated) on labor and employee relations functions; providing mediation services between management and employees on job-related issues; providing technical assistance to management on preventative measures and execution of disciplinary/adverse action. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
