In addition to meeting the basic requirements above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: To qualify for the GS-14 level, Your resume must show one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level. Specialized Experience is defined as: Planning, designing, and managing original research program; Conducting research; Interpreting the research findings to meet research needs and objectives; and Ensuring that supporting contractor work accomplishes its objectives. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
