Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Supply Technician (OA) experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service providing supply, and procurement and asset management support services . Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Apply a comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) or Navy directives/procedures pertaining to the Purchase Card program in order to advise customers on products available, sources, prices, and vendor reputation; 2) Utilize knowledge of regulations related to required sources, mandatory schedules, sole source, or order and documentation procedures to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the purchasing process; 3) Review and comprehend technical data, supporting documents, and reference material to ensure material and equipment ordered meet customer requirements; and 4) Utilize bill reconciliation techniques in order to reconcile bank statements with supplier receipt documents.
