Interpreting and applying civilian HR laws, regulations, policies and practices to provide advice and guidance to officials, supervisors, and employees on a variety of civilian HR functions. Provides guidance on complex determinations unresolved by peers through review of work and production status. Reviewing organizational Human Resources (HR) goals and objectives by analyzing data to solve problems and improve operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
