Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Data collection from various sources (i.e. data sets, references, policies) to assist in conducting studies; 2) Assists in policy interpretation to examine the effects of implementation on program effectiveness and efficiency; 3) assist in analysis of various programs for review of effectiveness, efficiency, and resource allocation. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Data collection from various sources (i.e. data sets, references, policies) to analyze resourcing and allocation efficiency 2) Provide policy interpretation to ensure alignment of resource allocation and guidance to command directives. 3) Provide program analysis to management for improvement of programs .Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: http://www.opm.gov/qualifications/Standards/group-stds/gs-admin.asp.
