Qualification Summary
General Experience: Applying military human resources policies, rules, guidelines, and instructions Using automated systems, personal computers, and software Planning, organizing work, administering, communicating effectively (both orally and in writing), meeting deadlines, gathering, analyzing data/products, and summarizing facts in order to determine adequacy and/or deficiencies of assigned programs. Specialized Experience:
Must have 24 months of the following experience(s) Advising supervisors or managers within unit when actions may affect productivity or mission. Developing internal policies and procedures governing administration of the following programs: Officer Performance Report/Enlisted Performance Report (OPR/EPR), and officer, enlisted promotions and enlisted demotions. Conducting periodic briefings for staff, commanders, and administrative personnel to promote a full understanding of all aspects of the assigned program(s).
