Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience coordinating workflow assignments to ensure efficient clerical and office operation. Experiencing initiating administrative correspondence by independently drafting, typing, and proofing letters, reports, instructions and memorandum, assuring correct grammar, capitalization, spelling, punctuation, sentence flow and format. Experience utilizing office policies, administrative procedures, file cataloging systems, and reference manuals to classify, clarify document and track data. Experience maintaining calendar appointments, making necessary arrangements for all business travel. Experience preparing, processing and correcting timesheets, leave and overtime requests for personnel.
