Qualification Summary
Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-13, in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is defined as serving as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to prepare statements of work and allocate resources throughout project lifecycles and managing a Personal Property Program for an organization such as developing Personal Property policies; managing total inventory, assets, property disposal, and personal property asset management systems; and managing Personal Property Program budgets.
