Qualification Summary
In addition to meeting the OPM Basic Requirements, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09/11 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) working in a group with diverse technical personnel involved in the development, testing or evaluation of electronic warfare, aviation, weapon, or software systems and subsystems; 2) gathering of intelligence data products and/or packaging electronic warfare data according to documented rules and processes; 3) participating in technical meetings, program reviews, and briefings to provide, gather, or exchange information regarding product development, testing or evaluation.
