Qualification Summary
Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including time-in-grade restrictions, general restrictions on movement after competitive appointment and specialized experience, as defined below. Time in grade: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade to be considered for the next higher grade (e.g. one year at the GS-14 grade level for consideration for the GS-15 grade level). Specialized Experience is defined as one full-time year of specialized work experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Examples include: Performing managerial and technical supervisory duties to a management staff; Planning, directing, and providing oversight of operations that support mission objectives; Developing strategic plans and programs to support agency initiatives. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
