Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with Clean Water Act and Safe Drinking Water Act as amended, and a general knowledge of all other major laws. Experience with environmental inspection techniques to include knowledge of Best Management Practices, sanitary sewer and potable water cross-connection surveillance techniques. Experience with chemistry. Experience with pumps, piping systems for potable water, sanitary sewer, and/or storm sewer system and/or facilities.
