Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NO-03 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) assisting with system-related issues for Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) and/or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), to include User Management (UM), Role Maintenance, and Workforce Management (WFM) areas, with particular use of the Access Enforcer platform; 2)assisting in the resolution of all Navy ERP related problems within the embedded WFM Module that supports DON Working Capital Fund business processes; 3) providing strong customer service experience dealing with internal and external customers related to Navy ERP functionality and assistance and resolving routine Workforce module trouble tickets; and/or 4) contributing to system defect assessments, creating and executing test plans, and creating and executing validation schemes for Workforce module related configuration management activities.
