Qualification Summary
For GS-09: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-07, in the Federal Service OR a master’s or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related. Examples of specialized experience are: Management, support or development of Statistics and/or Economic Programs. Collection, organization and analyses of data to develop various reports. Assist in advising the legality of expenditures. Identifies and follows up on financial problems and questionable budgetary aspects. Knowledge and use of grants management policies, procedures, and guidelines. Operation of financial and administrative systems. Knowledgeable of budget and accounting to reconcile financial information in various systems.
