Top 10 Schedule 51 V HUBZone Sales FY 2019 Q1

Although over 40% of all government contract sales come from small businesses, companies that employ people and operate in Historically Underutilized Zones (HUBZones), make up less than 3% of contract sales. While that may seem like a small slice, it’s still taken out of a very large pie.

Schedule 51 V is the GSA’s Hardware Superstore. Companies that are awarded this contract provide a variety of hardware services, supplies, and products.

With over $19 million in overall sales last fiscal year, Schedule 51 V sits on the upper end as one of the more profitable contracts for HUBZone companies. While it still can’t touch the over $600 million in sales for Schedule 70 IT Services, there are few that can.

The chart below displays the top ten performing HUBZone companies in Schedule 51 V sales for the first quarter of fiscal year 2019.
