Qualification Summary
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading others within an Acquisition division in providing the full range of contract and contract administration services for design, construction, utilities, alteration, maintenance, facility support services, research and development, energy, information technology and environmental engineering for shore facilities; 2) Ensuring a contract program has the proper staffing, budgeting, and program management needed to provide quality Acquisition products and services; 3) Advising others on contracting principles and contract law, including current techniques and methodology regarding pricing arrangements, business practices, industry principles, cost accounting practices, and techniques of economic, statistical and life cycle costing to plan, develop, implement, maintain, and administer the contractual aspects; and 4) Working with high level U.S. and non-U.S. business, industry, technical, military and other government officials from a diverse background on unique and complex issues surrounding contract and acquisition matters.
