In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following duties such as: 1) Utilize network and information technology to development intelligence collection systems; 2) Manage contracts and activities tasking for the development of both hardware and software for advanced intelligence collection systems ; 3) Analyze all phases of research, development, acquisition, program management, policy and procedures to ensure all intelligence collection needs are met; 4) Manage project planning, project schedules, technical guidance and budget requirements for acquisition efforts in support of an operational mission; 5) Manage project planning to govern acquisition and operational/mission efforts.
