Qualification Summary
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of basic principles and practices of budget formulation that would enable you to write funding justifications, consolidate budget requests, request additional funds, and monitor expenditures against obligations for specified programs. Demonstrated experience balancing funds between accounts; i.e., transferring funds between line items or sub-projects or identifying excess funds for possible transfer to other operating programs. Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with employees of all levels of the organization. Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
