Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning, prepares, schedules and/or conducts continuous evaluations and assessments (e.g. nuclear interface and non-nuclear maintenance, paint, preservation and crane); Experience conducting training functional area and/or organizational area evaluators and surveillance personnel; provide guidance and assistance to various departments in development of organizational and functional area self-assessment programs, surveillance, internal problem tracking and lessons learned plans; Serve as the Critique and Problem Analysis matrix Administrator, responsible for developing and maintaining the command’s industrial process instruction governing the critique; Acts as the functional manager for the Critique and Matrix entities of the computerized data tracking system; Experience in Quality Assurance inspection methods and applications/requirements per the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), Currently holds or has held formal certification as a Quality Assurance Inspector (QAI) and/or Quality Assurance Supervisor (QAS) per the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM); Experience conducting Quality Assurance audits and surveillances in accordance with the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM); Experience conducting critiques, causal analysis, and data trending in order to identify weak areas and develop corrective actions. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting Quality Assurance audits and surveillances in accordance with the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), Experience in the safety requirements and practices in accordance with Navy and TRIREFFAC Occupational Safety and Health policies; Knowledge of Quality Assurance Controlled Material Handling (CMH), Scope of Certification (SOC) material identification and receipt inspection methods per the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), Experience using Microsoft Office products; Assist in the conduct of audits as necessary; Experience assisting as the computerized data tracking system program manager, Experience researching and providing recommendations to assist in resolution of complex technical, procedural, process and document problems associated with repair work; Experience assisting in development of self-assessments in preparation for external audits (e.g. Navy Crane Center Evaluation, Fleet Maintenance Activity Assessment); Experience identifying follow-up surveillance necessary to verify completion and assess effectiveness of long term corrective actions resulting from significant problems found during audits.
