Specialized Experience: Your resume must reflect one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 level in the Federal service which includes: 1) developing, implementing, administering, evaluating, monitoring, and/or coordinating programs, policies, regulations, and procedures concerned with the management, control, utilization, and/or disposition of personal or industrial property; 2) reviewing and developing pre and post award to include acquisition planning; 3) developing accounting procedures for equipment that is defined within the contracts and evaluating contractors systems for compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and sound industrial practices. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
