Qualification Summary
Minimum Qualifications: Interpreting and assessing program financial performance using standard financial management systems Interpreting balance sheet and profit and loss statement results Requiring the application of commercial budgeting techniques Highly Qualified Criteria: Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Army Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation. Possess operational experience and knowledge of NAF Major Construction (NAFMC) guidance, procedures, and requirements. Possess operational experience and knowledge of Capital Purchase and Minor Construction (CPMC) guidance, procedures, and requirements. Possess background, experience and competence in systems such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Financial Management Budgeting System (FMBS), Standard Management Information Reports for Finance (SMIRF), and Installation Management Employee Tracking System (IMETS).
