Qualification Summary
To qualify, candidates must have the skill and ability to perform the duties described above as demonstrated by progressively responsible supervisory/managerial experience, normally with several years at the GS-15 level or equivalent, which demonstrates clearly the ability to manage people and resources. Candidates must also demonstrate qualifications in the managerial and technical areas noted below. Skill in the strategic formulation and development of space flight programs in complex environments, involving multiple international, commercial, governmental and community collaborators and stakeholders. Provide examples of how you have met this requirement.2. Experience executing end-to-end space flight mission development including design, program/project management and oversight. Provide examples of how you have met this requirement.3. Demonstrated experience providing day-to-day leadership and organizational management of teams in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
