Qualification Summary
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.Specialized experience:For the GS-15, you must have one year ofspecialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as follows:- Leading a team in the development of policies, systems, and procedures for budgeting and managing funds; AND – Interpreting and applying executive orders and policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations ( i.e. appropriation law); AND – Providing direction and solutions to management on budget and operating estimates; AND – Budget management experience relevant to the credit reform act of 1990 regarding budget execution, monitoring programs, budget estimates, and justifications.
