1) A degree in behavioral or social science; or a related discipline. OR
2) A combination of education and experience that provides you will knowledge of one of more behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. OR
3) Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrates acquired knowledge of one or more behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: Experience required:

To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: Coordinate a social services program (such as suicide prevention, substance abuse or family programs); provide counseling to employees, managers, organizations and/or families on suicide prevention or other social services topics; arrange and/or provide technical briefings, orientations, trainings or workshops; and track and report information using a variety of automated systems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service, GS-09. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
