The GS-4 salary range starts at $34,489 (Los Angeles, Laguna Niguel), $32,946 (Sacramento), $33,788 (San Diego), $36,818 (San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland), $30,703 (Las Vegas), $1,375 (Phoenix), $30,609 (Tucson), or $31,212 (Honolulu) if you meet the following qualifications. You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.To qualify for the GS-4 level, you must have completed atleast two full academic years of post-high school study or an associate’s degree in a qualifying architecture or engineering program.
