FOR THE GS-09 LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting in the formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities; 2) Assisting in the development, determination, and interpretation of budgetary policies and practices; 3) Researching accounting, budgetary and financial information; 4) Performing managerial or administrative work in connection with accounting systems; analytical, forecasting, and interpretive functions. FOR THE GS-11 LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Formulating budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities; 2) Reviewing and evaluating budget requests; 3) Controlling, and reporting obligations and expenditures; 4) Developing and interpreting budgetary policies and practices.
