Specialized experience is defined as: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal Service which includes 1) Assist in maintaining and revising the Installation Master Plan 2) review engineering plans and requirement data submitted by various installation organizations 3) Observing on-site construction work progress and 4) Provide Technical Expertise, i.e. drafting, surveying construction estimating, mathematics and engineering principles.
