Qualification Summary
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience for the GS-12: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as the following: -Experience in corporate finance, portfolio management, loan monitoring, or any specialized fields of finance AND -Experience with the financial and management structure, operations, and practices of Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) funds and Community Development Entities (CDE). Examples of specialized experience may include experience with : operations of CDFIs or CDEs; lending and investing; portfolio management, loan monitoring, collateral management, real estate development; provision of capital/credit or development services that promote economic development, community development and alleviating poverty; evaluation of financial soundness and capability of organizations; enforcement of laws, terms and conditions associated with the financial aspects of contracts and awards; federal grants management policies, directives, and regulations; and CDFI Fund mission, policies, procedures, and guidelines.In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:For the GS-12, you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks.
