Qualification Summary
You may qualify at the GS-12 level , if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Performing tasks related to the formulation, execution and/or analysis of budgets/costs and Earned Value Management (EVM) Planning and developing policies, procedures and studies affecting overall financial programs. You may qualify at the GS-13 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Providing financial and resource management support to a financial program office, including defining future financial requirements of a program or service Performing analysis of multi-year funding and providing recommendations for future budget years You may qualify at the GS-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Providing financial and resource management support for the products and services Planning and organizing activities of an acquisition management branch Providing leadership to other employees by managing workloads and assisting in employee career development Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
