Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying technical subject matter expert knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) principles and concepts to direct, develop, evaluate, and coordinate supply management programs. Specialized experience must meet the following: 1) Review supply programs for adequacy, efficiency and need for improvement; resolving complex supply system and policy issues; 2) Recommend new or revised policies, and implement new instructions, new and improved supply methods and procedures, and/or new strategies to resolve problems; 3) Expert knowledge of warehouse operations afloat and ashore to include: receiving, shipping, distribution delivery of material and the employment of material handling equipment; 4) Utilize supply systems and automated procurement systems to review programs for adequacy, efficiency and need for improvement to make sound management decisions and develop long-rang studies and forecasts.
