Qualification Summary

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Selective Factor: Must have the ability to converse and translate fluently from Spanish into English and from English to Spanish and accurately reflect the intent and meaning of the original material.
EXPERIENCE: Examples of experience sought for these positions include experience managing, supervising, leading a staff, assigning work and setting priorities. Experience managing a decentralized workforce. Experience providing outreach to various external networks such as local news media, community organizations and leaders, government officials. Experience communicating with internal management, training individuals, and groups on recruiting techniques and strategies for hard-to-recruit locations. Experience implementing and monitoring a recruitment campaign to ensure large volumes of applicants apply within a specific geographic location.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in any area with Superior Academic Achievement OR one full year of graduate education directly related to the position.
