Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying a wide range of Human Resources (HR) concepts, practices, laws, regulations, policies and precedents to provide comprehensive HR management advisory and technical services; 2) Formulating new human resources concepts, principles and methods in accordance with new legislation; 3) Initiating, designing and evaluating HR policies and practices for worldwide operations; 4) Consulting leadership on the development and implementation of innovations and changes related to HR programs.
