Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: . – Experience applying program management principles necessary to manage large and complex projects, develop and present state-of-the-art presentations on project status, planning, actions or milestones, cost analysis, etc..
– Experience applying capital investment planning principles and methods in developing plans and schedules by applying IT metrics to illustrate resource requirements, define milestones and deliverables, and evaluate/report accomplishments
– Experience in personnel management functions to include but not limited to: observation of workers’ performance, periodic performance evaluations, development of work improvement plans, and formal and informal complaint and grievance resolution.
– Experience with computer hardware, software and support services required to establish and maintain a computer system which could include interactive graphics systems, remote inquiry and update, networking of distributed systems, telecommunications, and timesharing in a data base environment. – Experience with information assurance systems security concepts, standards, and methods as needed to develop and interpret policies and requirements in a manner that ensures the confidentiality, integrity, availability of systems, networks, and data.
