Today is Sadhana Sargam’s birthday. This Lata Mangeshkar Award winner has the distinction of singing 15000 songs for 35 regional languages, including Bollywood. She is a trained Indian classical singer. In a career covering more than 3 decades, she has not only sung movie songs but also pop albums, ghazals, classical songs and devotional songs. Like everybody else I have mentioned about before, I met her for a print magazine interview. The first thing that strikes you is that she is a very amicable person. I love quite a few songs sung by her particularly in Tamil.
